Legal Justification
This contract has been awarded under Direct Award A Provider Selection Regime (PSR) and is a continuation of a previous contract providing mutual aid for a further three month to ensure patient do not breach the 65 weeks . This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract duration is for 3 months until 30 June 2025
