This Lot will create a pool of suitably qualified suppliers that will be invited to bid for consultancy work in the following areas (non-exhaustive): • Formal Process Safety Assessment Studies (FPSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard & Operability Study (HAZOP), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Human Factor Studies, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Functional Safety (1-5) stages, Occupied Building Risk Assessment (OBRA, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) • Gas detection systems (including location) • Consequence Modelling • Dangerous Substances & Explosive Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR) risk assessments • Review/update Hazardous Area classification (HAC) • Hazardous Area Drawings (HACs) • High pressure gas pipework design including TD/12 • Process design requirements including propane, methanol, oxygen, biogas, chlorine, and pyrolysis • Plant performance diagnosis • Gas bag and flare systems • Biomethane injection

This Lot will create a pool of suitably qualified suppliers that will be invited to bid for consultancy work in the following areas (non-exhaustive): • ATEX (Explosive Atmospheres) Equipment & SR/25 Modification Assessment • Working in DSEAR zones • Dangerous substances & Explosive Atmosphere Regulations (DSEAR) risk assessments • Detailed/update P&ID drawings, detailed GA Drawings, Plant Layout drawings • Gas quality sampling and monitoring • Routine inspections of ATEX equipment • LEV/MEV-Ventilation systems review • Review Gas detection system
