Description

Due to a number of current factors (e.g. NHS 10 year plan, collaborative work with the NHS App team, ongoing local engagement and ICB re-configuration etc.) a decision has been made to temporarily pause the procurement for at least 3 months. As soon as we have further information, we will inform all Suppliers accordingly with the appropriate notices. We are looking for a Partner to help us deliver a Digital Front Door (DFD) enabling citizens to manage their health and care and local providers to optimise workflow. The DFD aims to provide access to a set of products, services, and relationships with partners in the delivery of health and care which help us co-ordinate care, personalise interventions and actions and enable us to centralise some services to make them more efficient. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with this procurement, and it is also subject to internal governance approval. The Authority will not be liable for any costs incurred by any interested party in relation to this opportunity. *Our working assumption is that VAT is fully recoverable, however, this will be reviewed in light of bidder solutions and organisational forms.
