For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Wirral Place have awarded a 2 year and 10.5 month contract via Direct Award C to incumbent provider to deliver the Primary Care Mental Health Service in Wirral. The contract started on the 14th May 2025, and expires on 31st March 2028 and has an option to extend for an additional 1 year plus 1 year which would result in the expiry date being 31st March 2030. The expected annual contract value is £5,575,675 which excludes VAT.
