Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is carrying out a market engagement in relation to our complex and high support mental health supported accommodation services and we are seeking your input and views. We want to work with partners to help shape these services and ensure they are outcome focused and successful. Our existing services are proposed to continue to provide vital support and accommodation for RBKC residents with severe and enduring mental health needs, including supporting adults with substance misuse and a forensic history. The aim of the services is to support individuals with recovery and wellbeing, engaging with specialist services and community services with the aim to enable each individual to meet their care and support needs and aspiration, to move forward to live as independently as possible in the community and through the accommodation pathway. The services will operate across a number of different buildings in RBKC and will be split into 2 Lots based on geographic proximity. The services currently are staffed 24/7 due to complexity of need and provide a total of 62 units. • Lot One - South Cluster Service • Lot Two - North Cluster Service
