To supply tree planting stock for the LIFE in the Ravines project for autumn/winter 2025/26

Description

To supply 20915 saplings of specified native hardwood species suitable for planting in Tilio-acerion ravine woodlands, via batched deliveries to three project sites. Supply and delivery to take place between September 2025 - May 2026. Quantities, species, delivery sites and intervals are all included in the supporting documentation.

Renewal Options

If any tree species become unavailable we would consider the supplier sourcing trees from other suppliers, assuming the same criteria of trees is met. If this option is not available we would consider discussing the supply of alternative available species. If, in this instance, we cannot agree on a suitable alternative species then the contract would be reduced by the value of the unavailable trees.
