Description

The College of Policing are required to retender the contract for National Sifting.The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure an online assessment solution to support the sifting stage of police officer and staff recruitment, including Police Constables, Special Constables, and Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs). The solution must be capable of handling high applicant volumes and measuring competencies and values aligned to the College of Policing's Competency and Values Framework (CVF) - Level 1. Key Requirements: The successful supplier will be expected to: Deliver a secure and scalable online assessment platform Tailor assessments to evaluate CVF Level 1 competencies and values Support large-scale national campaigns, processing tens of thousands of candidates Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting tools Ensure compliance with equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) standards Details of the opportunity including duration and estimated contract value can be found within the ITT on the Home Office e-Sourcing Suite.
