Description
The purpose of this procurement is to commission a mixed methods study titled: Understanding Health Behaviour Change Conversations in Wales: Insights to Inform the MECC Programme. Aim: To gain a greater understanding of the health behaviour change conversations that are taking place between health professionals and the general adult population (18+) in Wales. • To explore the extent to which health behaviour change conversations are taking place between healthcare professionals and the general adult population (18+) in Wales, their effectiveness and impact.
Award Criteria
| Technical Criteria | Stage 1 & Stage 2 (as broken down with ITQ document) will be awarded a total maximum score of 40%. Stage 1 - 40 points (40%) Stage 2 - 40 points (60%) Bidders will only be invited to stage 2 following evaluation of Stage 1 and the minimum scoring threshold being met. |
| Commercial Criteria | Bidders are required to submit their cost & breakdown of costs, following successful evaluation of Stages 1 & 2. Bidders are not being asked for any commercial information at this stage. |
