Description
The works comprise Fire Safety Systems servicing and reactive maintenance to the installations within low, medium and high rise residential properties.
Total Quantity or Scope
It is the Association’s intention to enter into a three Year Contract with a suitable contractor to carry out inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs of fire warning, evacuation and firefighting equipment in accordance with Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006. The services required will include the maintenance of the following: - Fire alarm and detection systems - Smoke extract systems - Sprinkler systems - Dry risers - Emergency lighting - Hand held extinguishers and fire blankets
Renewal Options
Option to extend the contract for any variable period up to a maximum of 24 months.
