Herefordshire Council's (the Client) objective for the service is for a single professional services provider (the Contractor) that: • delivers responsive and high-quality multi-disciplinary professional services • takes a partnership approach seeking to develop a long term relationship with Herefordshire (the Client) for the delivery of professional services • understand the needs of Herefordshire, its environment and communities • supports the Client team to develop its capability and capacity in the delivery and commissioning of professional services so that by the end of the Service Period it is in a stronger position. Renewal Options

Provision of extension: up to five additional one-year extensions. The extensions will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Council subject to the governance, availability of funding and supplier performance
