The scope of the survey shall include the following: • Full Internal and External Survey: Cover all areas within the property including roof voids wherever possible. • Attributes: Include all attributes, age of the attribute, and indicated expected life of each attribute. • Detailed Description of Work Defects: Include location and action for all work items, forming a logical statement. • Fire Regulations: Comment only on visible items on site, such as defective fire doors and lack of compartmentation within roof voids. Do not comment on general compartmentation or compliance with Fire Regulations.
