Leicester City Council on behalf of the Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland ICB invites Tenders for the provision of ADHD pre and post diagnosis support offer for adults 18+ (the ‘Service’). The Service will offer support to adults 18+ with either a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The primary function of this Service will be to offer a comprehensive programme of support, which includes a robust offer of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to those who either self refer or are signposted to the Service. The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 12 months anticipated to commence on 13th October 2025 to 12th October 2026 (initial term) with an option to extend, subject to funding and satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for further period of 12 months to 12th October 2027, taking the contract term to a maximum of 24 months.

Renewal Options

The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 12 months anticipated to commence on 13th October 2025 to 12th October 2026 (initial term) with an option to extend, subject to funding and satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for further period of 12 months to 12th October 2027, taking the contract term to a maximum of 24 months.
