Procurement of network developer to develop and deliver a heat network in the Central, West and Dowgate areas of the City of London. The CSMA, East SMA and Dowgate Ward areas (green, blue & yellow) have been identified as most techno-economically feasible for development and have been included in the Zonal Financial model. The West SMA (red) area is included as a wider zonal opportunity, however assessment less developed than the CSMA, East SMA and Dowgate Ward areas and therefore is not included in the Zonal Financial Model. Included in this procurement as an opportunity for the Development and Funding Partner (DFP) to develop, not as an obligation
