Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced principle contractors for structural remedial works.The works consist of underpinning and rebuilding at a block of two unoccupied flats and underpinning and internal works to a two-bedroom occupied home The initial contract term will be for approximately 12 weeks as stated in the RFQ documents. Estimated contract spend is between £150,000 and £180,000 across the approximate 12-weeks contract term. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the RFQ documents.
