Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Water) is pleased to announce its intention to publish a tender notice for the Major Projects Framework (Framework). This follows the successful preliminary market engagement process (Notice ID: 2025/S 000-037464), which invited suppliers to contribute to shaping the procurement strategy for this significant capital investment programme. The Framework will cover major works and asset upgrades across Thames Water's operational regions, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships and reducing unnecessary bidding efforts. Contracts awarded under this Framework will include works, goods, and services essential to AMP8 delivery, with potential to extend into AMP9 based on performance. ITN Launch Event - 18 September 2025 To mark the transition from market engagement to formal procurement, Thames Water will host an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) Launch Event on 18 September 2025. A detailed agenda will be provided to attendees closer to the time but it is anticipated that the event will include: • An overview of the opportunity • Outcomes of the Preliminary Market Engagement Phase • Procurement Process Summary: An overview of the procurement timeline and process • Contract Summary and details of the ITN documentation and submission requirements • Clarification on evaluation criteria and conditions of participation
