Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association wishes to create a framework of service providers to carry out responsive repairs and voids works across homes owned and/or managed by Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association. In addition to repairs and void works, appointed suppliers may also be invited to submit a quote to undertake planned works projects based on the association’s requirements during the framework term. Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association wish to work with multi-disciplinary organisations and also trade specific organisations for example electrical, plumbing, joinery, scaffolding, painting and decorating, drainage, flooring, carpentry etc.
