Description
Prior to commencement of works at Hopkinson House, the Council shall develop a design and appoint the required technical consultants to progress the project. In this case a Cost Consultant is appoint to provide financial guidance to ensure budgets are maintained.
Total Quantity or Scope
The scope of this procurement is to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant via the Crown Commercial Service Construction Consultancy Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6242). A mini competition has been carried out testing technical expertise and commercial competitiveness to ensure the consultant is best suited for our needs. The project will be applicable for SME’s inclusion as part of the CCS DPS process and requirements therein.
