West Northamptonshire Council - Upcoming Supported Living Framework Opportunity West Northamptonshire Council is preparing to open its Supported Living Framework to procure a provider for its Transforming Care Scheme. This scheme comprises eight self-contained bungalows, designed to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, the majority of whom have complex needs. We are seeking to engage with providers who have a strong and demonstrable track record in delivering specialist support and managing the complexities associated with this type of service. Providers must be able to evidence successful outcomes, including enabling hospital discharge and preventing admission into long-stay hospital settings. Please note that we will be working to a tight procurement timeline, with the new provider required to be in place by 1st April 2026.
