Legal Justification

Suffolk County Council are reviewing the strategic vision and direct for Tier 2 Services for which Short Term Enablement is included. Suffolk is part of the Local Government Review, and this will also impact the future direction of Tier 2 services. A direct award to the incumbent will allow for this review and the continuity of services to customers.
