The Association wishes to appoint a main contractor to undertake remodelling works at 29 Errigal Road, Dungannon to provide the following: 1 no. 17 person 8 bedroom house The scheme has been programmed to commence within the 2025/26 financial year and is included within the Social Housing Development Programme for this period. The Association has identified the property as suitable housing for a family nominated by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. Works will entail remodelling the existing 5 bedroom property to create an 8 bedroom property, the feasibility of which has been assessed by a qualified Building Surveyor.
