Bidders may bid for any one or two or all three lots. Bidders should clearly state which Lot(s) they are bidding for by completing document 2 "Lot Confirmation Form. If bidding for all 3 lots, please complete bid for both Lots and upload your pricing schedule for Lot 3. The Council would expect to see an efficiency saving if you are bidding for Lot 3: Both Lots 1 and Lot 2 Combined. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation through this e-tendering system. Suppliers will be notified by email, and the tender documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website by selecting the "View Details" button for this tender.
