Description
Partick Housing Association intends to enter into a contract with three suitably qualified roofing contractors to carry out reactive repairs to their tenanted properties over a two-year period, with an option to extend on a yearly basis at the Client’s discretion for a further maximum period of up to three years. Reactive repairs to various types of tenanted housing stock including tenements within the Partick area of Glasgow; repairs include but not limited to existing chimney repairs, roof battens, counter battens and roof coverings such as sarking, felt, tiles, slates, leadwork and rainwater goods.
Renewal Options
May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 36 month period.
