New Forest District Council (NFDC) are acting as the lead authority on behalf of the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership ('HIOWPP'), a group of Local Authorities, to identify, select and award a contract to a single supplier to provide a Cash Collection Service. A total of 15 Authorities are named parties to the outcome of this tender and are therefore entitled at any time during the framework term to enter into a call-off contract with the successful supplier.
