Before issuing a new invitation to tender, we are seeking to understand the current market landscape. We welcome expressions of interest from providers of market research and company information who can support our service model. The service will be split into individual contracts/lots for each research database requirement. The requirements for each contract/lot will be finalised after consultation with the market via a Supplier Development Programme 'Talking Tenders' event. In partnership with the Supplier Development Programme, we will host an online ‘Talking Tenders’ session for interested parties to attend and hear more about this opportunity. A further training session (Aligned Tender Training) will be provided by the Supplier Development to provide additional support for bidders to help you understand the process to bid for this opportunity. The Talking Tenders session will be held on Tuesday 21 October 2025 at 2pm.
