Description

This scheme comprises two key elements: The Morfa Quay Pontoon and The New Cut Road Pontoon. This project is being tendered as a single stage design and build contract. The successful bidder is expected to be appointed under an Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC Option A) The Contractor will be responsible for appointing all professionals to cover all required disciplines for the ECC NEC3 main works contract
