Description

Trust is currently out to tender for the provision of a Grounds Maintenance service. The contract is being offered for three years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 13 April 2026. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of a grounds maintenance service for the Trust. This will consist of services for each school across all sites. There is a combined total of 308,324m2 (entire school site square meterage) and 34,300m2 Building Footprint across all sites with approximately 6,000 pupils on roll. TUPE/LGPS does not apply to this tender. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of skilled ground maintenance operatives providing an efficient and timely maintenance service.

Renewal Options

The duration detailed above includes the initial term of 3 years as well as the 2 optional contract extension periods of 12 months each.
