ESPO catalogue framework for the supply and delivery of office, leisure, and residential furniture, including operator chairs, desks, storage, meeting room furniture, screens, break out furniture, steel storage, living, eating, sleeping and specialist furniture, for delivery direct to individual customer establishments. The Framework is divided into 7 lots.
Lot Division
| 1 | Smart Buy Office Furniture This Lot is for the supply and delivery of office furniture including, but not limited to operator chairs, conference chairs and tables, filing cabinets, cupboards, desks, drawer units and screens via delivery direct to individual customer establishments. | 2 | Office Furniture Standard Ranges This Lot is for the supply and delivery of office furniture including, but not limited to operator chairs, reception seating, desks, drawer units, cupboards, screens as well as conference tables via delivery direct to individual customer establishments. | 3 | Break-out Furniture This Lot is for the supply and delivery of break-out furniture including, but not limited to modular chairs and tables, meeting pods as well as café/dining furniture via delivery direct to individual customer establishments. Renewal Options
Once the initial period of the contract has ended (i.e., 31 March 2028), there is an option to extend the framework by up to a further 24 months. This is dependent on ESPO, ESPO Customers, and market needs, as well as the performance of sales. All estimated values captured in this notice include the option to extend the framework as noted above.
