The Bidder must be able to demonstrate that it can meet the following minimum specification in respect of the Tendered Opportunity: Key Responsibilities: • Managing the training framework, including identifying, vetting, and overseeing training providers. • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and LLAO’s operational standards. • Administering contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures with training providers. • Coordinating training schedules, bookings, cancellations, and substitutions. • Conducting performance reviews, audits, and reporting training effectiveness. • Acting as the primary liaison between LLAO and the training providers. As part of the evaluation process, bidders will be required to provide appropriate references to support their track record.
