Toucan West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative is supporting Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust with seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Tier 4 Inpatient Services at Parkview Clinic in Moseley, Birmingham, that are currently provided by Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.Please note all three service lines MUST be delivered from Parkview Clinic.As a result of this Competitive Process, a Contract will be awarded to the successful Provider for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 3 years. The successful Provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st April 2026.

Toucan West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative is supporting Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust with seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Tier 4 Inpatient Services at Parkview Clinic in Moseley, Birmingham, that are currently provided by Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.The facility covers the age range of 13 -18-year-olds and consists of 3 co-located wards that collectively support the needs of the Children and Young People in the West Midlands. There has recently been significant capital investment into the facility recently and Toucan intend to commission each unit as per the below:• Ashfield Ward – 8 CAMHS Low Secure inpatient beds• Heathlands Ward – 14 CAMHS General Adolescent inpatient beds• Irwin Ward – 12 CAMHS Eating Disorder inpatient bedsPlease note all three service lines MUST be delivered from Parkview Clinic.Any successful provider would be required to demonstrate experience of providing all the above.The contract duration is expected to be 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the contract for up to a further 3 years.It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have an annual value of £10,500,345.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Site visits will not be made available past 22nd October 2025.
