Description

Bassetlaw District Council is seeking a supplier who is able to support in investing in the development of its current managers, team leaders, and aspiring leaders, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment. The proposed Leadership and Talent Academy will on building a solid foundation in supervision and management, complemented by practical tools and techniques to lead diverse teams, manage complex functions, and respond to emerging challenges. The programme will be designed to ensure participants are well-prepared to contribute to organisational resilience and improved service delivery. Suppliers are invited to take part in this competitive flexible process which will be formed of 2 stages: 1. Stage One - Quality and Commercial Assessment 2. Stage Two - Presentation The Authority reserves the right to eliminate tenders that do not meet the minimum stated requirements at any stage of the process.
