This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts (now) Procurement Act Regulations 2015 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. The standstill period starts the day after the publication of this notice. Relative importance and rationale for the relative importance of the key criteria, and the rationale for choosing the provider with reference to the key criteria: The Contracting Authority has applied equal weighting to the key criteria. The Contracting Authority has assessed the provider's suitability and technical / professional ability to undertake this service based on their current activities and performance, against the key criteria and basic selection criteria when making a decision to award this contract. The provider's economic and financial standing has been considered in proportion to the contract value and terms. The assessment demonstrates that the provider has been, and is likely to continue to satisfy the requirements of the contract. The intention to award the contract is made on this basis.
