Description

Requirement for three distinct service provisions, covering the enforcement service and the back-office processing (BPO) service and also the provision of a fully hosted web enabled IT system for both enforcement and administration.

Renewal Options

Option to extend for up to a further 2 years.

Award Criteria

Simple description On-street and off-street enforcement of parking in accordance with this specification, under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA04), and Road Traffic Regulation Act 1991 (RTRA 1991) and/or any other relevant parking enforcement legislation. The enforcement to cover the whole of the CBC administrative area (excluding National Highways roads)
