This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract is subject to has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The Authority intends to award a NHS Standard Contract for the provision of Mental Health Core Services for Mid and South Essex. In line with the regulations, the Authority will observe the standstill period from Thursday 08th May 2025 until midnight Tuesday 20th May 2025.
