The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) is seeking to replace its current Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system with a modern, integrated solution that enhances risk management, compliance, and governance processes across the organisation. The new system should support risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting through an intuitive, user-friendly platform that integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Renewal Options

The Contract may be extended beyond the Initial Term on a maximum of 2 (two) occasions, for a period of up to 1 (one) year on each occasion (each a "Renewal Period") at LSTM's sole discretion, by LSTM giving the Contractor not less than 1 (one) months' notice prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or the Renewal Period (as applicable).
