Other Information
Please see "NP51825 Information & Instructions Document" for all additional guidance. All values within this notice refer to the full 4 Four (4) year agreement. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise. The Project code is 60229. For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2343 The Contracting Authority does not intend to include a sub-contract clause as part of community benefits (as per Section 25 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014) in this contract for the following reason: Not Required. Community benefits are included in this requirement. For more information see: https://www.gov.scot/policies/public-sector-procurement/community-benefits-in-pr... A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows: It has been decided that community benefits, additional to the supply and service of the products detailed in the framework requirements are applicable and all respondents are required to propose a single, or multiple models and suggestions, of what can be offered. It is recognised that the framework, initially, does not commit any levels of expenditure to appointed suppliers. Community Benefits will therefore only be applicable when a Participating Authority (or Participating Authorities) commit to a level of spend of a minimum of 50k GBP. Suppliers will be asked for suggested models, with increasing benefit as commitment increases, within their offer. It should be noted that community benefits are focused on helping and supporting the community within that Participating Authority’s geographical area. (SC Ref:812925)
