Mansafe Inspection and Maintenance

Description

The agreement will be for comprehensive service for the design, installation, inspection, testing, certification, maintenance, and repair of Mansafe fall protection systems across designated sites. This includes horizontal lifeline systems and fall restraint solutions. Type of Systems: o Horizontal lifeline systems (roof-mounted or façade-mounted) o Fall arrest and fall restraint systems See Appendix B- Specification of the tender documentation for detail on the requirement. Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice: - Using an Open procedure and not excluding any supplier from this stage (with exceptions to conditions of participation at latter stages of the procurement process). - We have a clearly defined specification detailing the requirement, and knowledge of market costs.

Renewal Options

The contract term will be : 36 months + 12 months + 12 months, therefore a maximum contract period of 60 months is possible, based on satisfactory performance and benchmarking.
