Competent consultancy companies are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a cultural Programme “A History of Social Housing in Newry and Mourne”. The programme will celebrate the history of social housing communities in Newry Mourne & Down and raise the consciousness of the contribution of socially housed communities in Newry to the history and politics of the city and provide a forum for grassroots engagement regarding the challenges and opportunities of social housing.
