Description

Perth and Kinross Council is inviting qualified contractors to join a new Framework Agreement designed to support our in-house team. This opportunity involves delivering responsive, ad-hoc repair and maintenance services, including emergency call-outs, to both our tenanted and void properties across our domestic housing stock. We welcome interest from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and contractors who may not have worked with us before.

1 Plumbing

Minor pipework repairs, clearing blockages to sinks & toilets, replacing sanitary ware (e.g. toilets, basins)
2 Electrical Work

Minor repairs to faulty switch/socket, inspection and testing to void properties, full rewires
3 Joinery

Minor repairs to internal doors, kitchen units, skirtings boards and flooring
4 Painting and Decorating

Decorating single room to full properties during void period, mould treatment and prevention
5 Builder

Repairing or renewing path and steps, harling and render repairs to external fabric of building
6 Plasterer

Patch repairs and full-room plastering
7 Roofer

Roof leak repairs, replacing individual slates, repairs to chimneys, full roof replacement
8 Glazing

Window and door glazing repairs and replacements

External drainage works within property boundaries, including excavations and CCTV surveys
