Description
To provide Project Management (PM/EA) services, including the coordination and management of a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team (MDCT). The MDCT shall provide specialist technical consultancy services in relation to the redevelopment of the Westminster City Council 'Small Sites'.
Total Quantity or Scope
The consultant will be responsible for the management of all supporting consultancy services identified below, in addition to its duties. Providing of standard services. • Project Manager • Employers Agent • Act as Lead Consultant for the Multi-Disciplinary team. In addition to the above supporting technical services expected under the PM instruction include: • Sustainability and Energy Strategies • MEP Strategy – including ventilation, air quality, over heating and cooling • Structural and Civil Engineering Strategies • Building and Estate Management Strategies • Transport Strategy – highways including stopping up proposals, parking, access, egress and new connection proposals • Landscaping Strategy – including security, green spaces, open spaces, public realm, external event space, infrastructure, drainage, play and exercise spaces • Sunlight/Daylight and Rights of Light • Servicing Strategy • Fire Strategy • Acoustic Strategy
