Description
Clinisupplies have an agreement in place with LTHT to provide hospital to home packs to patients being discharged with an indwelling urethral catheter in situ will one weeks supply of leg bags, night bags and other relevant products including a catheter passport. The patients are then registered with Clinisupplies and are then supplied with these products at home for the duration of the time they have an indwelling urinary catheter.

Award Criteria
| Commercial Questionnaire | Tender prices will be scored on a comparative basis with the highest scoring supplier will receive 100% of the available marks ([PERCENTAGE]% x applicable weighting). All other Tenders will be compared [against that highest Tender] by applying the calculation highest score tendered divided by the relevant Tenderer’s score. |
| Technical Questionnaire | The raw scores for the Technical Questionnaire will be weighted as set out at paragraph 4.3 of the Document 1 of the ITT Pack |
