Leicester City Council face increasing challenges in managing traffic congestion, ensuring road safety, and accommodating various modes of transportation in developments across the city. To address these issues effectively, we are looking to procure a comprehensive traffic modelling solution. Such a solution must provide detailed, microscopic simulations that include pedestrian modelling, allowing for a holistic analysis of traffic flow and interactions between vehicles and pedestrians. This capability will help in optimising infrastructure, evaluating safety measures, and planning for future developments, thereby improving overall traffic efficiency and safety in complex urban environments.

Renewal Options

The total possible contract duration is (5) five years, which consists of an initial term of (2) two years with the option to extend for up to a further (2) two + (1) one years.
