Request for Proposal West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking a partner to conduct an evaluation of the UKSFP funding received into the Borough. This evaluation is being commissioned to create an integrated and independent account of what the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) has delivered in West Lancashire, and what can be learned to shape future investment. While the Council has achieved strong delivery across all three UKSPF priorities and its complementary REPF strand, formal evaluation has not been embedded into the programme to date. This presents a timely opportunity to consolidate fragmented insight, understand outcomes more clearly, and build a more structured approach to evidencing impact going forward.
