Supplier is a developer and owns the rights of this software. Supplier is the only one able to provide any support or provide the upgrades necessary to keep the system fit for purpose. The software complies with the Tracking and Tracing of Surgical Instruments and Flexible Scopes through the decontamination process and includes the patient on which the various equipment has been used on. This provides robust historical evidence should there be a reason to identify equipment used on individual patients. In the interest of transparency, the Board is publishing a Voluntary ex ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice Applied Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015: 33.1(b)where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons— (ii)competition is absent for technical reasons
