Legal Justification
This has been directed by NHSE and LPP when engaging with them to renew the existing contract with LPP as the framework provider and were refused this option even though a community EPR does not exist as a solution within the frameworks.
Other Information
Requirement is to extend for 2.5 years to allow the Trust to undertake a new procurement for the provision of community EPR when it becomes available through LPP frameworks.
