Legal Justification
Portakabin Ltd bid as a consortium bid, including Portakabin (Scotland) Ltd, who cover the hire elemne tof the modular buildings and whilst Portakabin Ltd will be the lead bidder, all hire works will be carried out by Portakabin (Scotland) Ltd.
