Description

The provision of a Waste Transfer Station (WTS) for the acceptance of garden waste and onward transfer via bulk haulage to a designated waste disposal site. The WTS must be located within 6 miles of the Castle Point Borough boundary. The Authority imposes a distance restriction on where this site must be located to maintain its current resource levels for domestic and trade collections. Also in scope of this contract is the inclusion of additional waste streams that may become necessary throughout the term.

Renewal Options

The Authority may extend this contract by a further period of up to 60 months in either a singular or multiple extension period(s).
