Description

The scope of Services covered in this Service Specification comprises: -Management Services ("Management Services") -Hard FM Services - Staff Residential Properties ("Hard FM Services - Staff Residential Property") -Hard FM Services - Embassy Compound ("Hard FM Services – British Embassy Washington"); and -Project Related Services ("Project Management and Minor Works"); The Contractor shall provide the Services in relation to all assets in the listed properties, buildings and compound (including Assets listed on the Asset Register and all other associated assets) unless such assets have been expressly excluded from the Services, or a part of the Services, where specific exclusions include: * Assets in confidential areas; (other than red & green zone areas in defined buildings identified in the Service Matrix). * IT assets provided except to the extent they require PAT testing and also excluding printers and multifunctional devises where servicing and provision of consumables in included (e.g. paper and toner); * Assets that are the responsibility of landlords; and * Authority owned and leased vehicles.
