Description

Outwood Grange Academies Trust and its academies (hereafter referred to as the Trust) are looking to appoint a partner for the supply and installation of Audio-Visual equipment. The opportunity is for the provision and installation of Audio-Visual equipment; including but not limited to, interactive displays, non-interactive displays, wall brackets, mounts and associated cabling. There are no defined minimum or fixed numbers of installations attached to this contract, installations will be requested 'as and when' required. The contract will be based on an initial 2-year term, but with the option for the Trust to extend for up to a further 2 years.

Renewal Options

The Trust retain the option to extend the contract for a further 24 months from original contract end date. This will be used should there be no significant changes to the requirements of the Trust or issues which become evident within the supply chain
