Birmingham Women and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, as Lead Provider of the West Midlands CAMHS Provider Collaborative (https://toucanwestmids.nhs.uk/), commissioned the following Services for children and young people aged 13-18 who require intensive mental health treatment to support discharge and step down from hospital:1) Eating Disorder Day Care Services;2a) Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home Service (ED-ISH) covering Coventry and Warwickshire; and2b) Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home Service (ED-ISH) covering Herefordshire and WorcestershireThis is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. The contracts have been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. These contracts have now been formally awarded using the Competitive Process.The contract award concluded 12th November 2025 with the contract period being December 2025 until March 2027.The lifetime value of the contracts are:• Lot 1 Eating Disorder Day Care Service £1,133,164 • Lot 2a Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home (ED-ISH): Coventry and Warwickshire £454,510 • Lot 2b Eating Disorder Intensive Support at Home (ED-ISH): Herefordshire and Worcestershire £384,979.84No reviews were applicable during the standstill period.There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.
