Servicing of Air Conditioning Equipment and Associated Works. Maintenance predominately relates to servicing of air conditioning units, air handling units and fan coiled units. Contractor responsibilities will include: • planned preventative maintenance • emergency call-outs and emergency maintenance • rectification of defects and carrying out repairs • minor alterations • installation of new facilities and equipment • condition surveys and the preparation of a forward maintenance plan • statutory examinations and competent person duties • identification of maintenance needs, planning, controlling and managing the maintenance regime in compliance with best industry practice and statutory requirements
